ARRIVAL SERVICES

PRIOR TO ARRIVAL
The employee will be asked to complete a questionnaire to ensure Sofia Relocation Services are able to offer the right level of assistance and make appropriate arrangements to satisfy each individual case. In addition we will arrange contact between the employee and recommended removal companies, co-ordinate moving arrangements and provide a pre-departure checklist.

ARRIVAL

Initial Contact
Our PRC will meet your employee at the airport and ensure they are comfortably and safely transferred to their hotel. During this time we will arrange an introduction meeting and provide our literature and a range of maps of the area.

Introduction
During the introduction meeting with your employee we review the City of Sofia and surrounding areas using maps to indicate potential housing locations, schools and local attractions and facilities. The employee will be familiarised with Bulgarian customs, rules and regulations to begin the process of developing a feeling for everyday life in Sofia.

ORIENTATION SERVICES

Orientation
Sofia Relocation Services manages all facets of the relocation process from arrival, orientation, searching for a new home and removal arrangements to finding the right schools. A concierge service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to support individuals and families as they settle into life in Bulgaria.


Driving Tour
The employee will be collected from their hotel or office for an initial 2 to 3 hour tour of Sofia. Potential residential and schooling locations will be visited with local attractions and facilities pointed out. Each area will be critiqued and an outline of the benefits of each will be provided, including proximity to work, transport and other facilities. The PRC will then work with your employee to shortlist preferred locations with a view to arranging property viewings.
