A concierge service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to support individuals and families as they settle into life in Bulgaria.

A Professional Resource Consultant (PRC) is assigned to each employee. The PRC will be the single point of contact for your employee and their family to ensure they feel comfortable in their new surroundings. Our PRCs can speak a wide range of languages including English, German, Spanish, French, Italian and Russian.

Organizational benefits include minimized impact on your human resources people as well as immediate access to locally based and knowledgeable expertise. Our team could be seconded to your organisation although, more usually, this on-going service is externally based with our PRCs in direct liaison with your employees. In addition we also provide a comprehensive group move project management service.
