The search for a new home begins prior to the client’s move to
Bulgaria based on information provided by the employee which outlines
their general property requirements.
Once a shortlist of potential residential locations is agreed our PRC
will arrange viewings of properties that, as much as possible, meet
with the employees’ requirements. Our PRC will accompany the employee
during the viewings, conveying essential information, answering
questions, interpreting, and providing whatever assistance is needed.
The employee will be shown up to 10 properties within approximately 3
to 4 days, depending on housing market availability. Once the employee
has selected a property, our PRC will negotiate rental fees and terms
on the client’s and or employee’s behalf. The rental contract will be
reviewed and prepared for signature by the client or employee. Once
the rental agreement is in place, steps to ensure smooth transfer are
commenced.
Hand-over
In preparation for the property to be handed over a property condition
and inventory report is created. Once agreed, the keys to the property
are provided to the employee along with the employee’s copy of the
report. Once again local facilities and amenities are explained
including parking, transport, shopping facilities, services, etc. All
utilities are also transferred into the employee’s name.
If, for whatever reason, the employee’s personal belongings are not
available short or long term furniture rental can also be arranged.
